1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $X (insert amount) qualify for free standard shipping (domestic only).

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package’s status.
  • Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated in the system after shipment.
  • While we provide tracking information, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or real-time updates. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their own package after shipment.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Once an item has left our warehouse, we cannot control its handling by the carrier.
  • In the case of a lost package or delay, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. You can use the tracking number to initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package shows as "delivered" according to the carrier's tracking, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or household members for assistance.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
